03:52 AM EDT, 06/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- REalloys ( ALOY ) said Thursday it was selected by the US Army for exclusive negotiations on a long-term lease to build and operate a heavy rare earth processing facility at the Tooele Army Depot in Utah.

The company said it plans to process dysprosium and terbium, two critical minerals used in defense systems, with development expected to begin in 2027 and initial operations targeted for 2028.

The project will be developed under the Army's Enhanced Use Lease program, with REalloys ( ALOY ) funding, constructing, and operating the facility, the company added.
