05:55 PM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ReAlpha Tech ( AIRE ) said late Wednesday it introduced its homebuying platform in Georgia with the rollout of a real estate brokerage service via its REALTOR affiliate.

The company said it will also effect its media-for-equity partnership with Mercurius Media Capital to ramp awareness of its services in the US state.

Under the agreement, reAlpha secures access to premium television and digital out-of-home advertising inventory, expected to boost its expansion and outreach, according to a statement.

Shares rose over 4% during after-hours trading.
