Realty Income Prices $600 Million Debt Offering

03:54 AM EDT, 04/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Realty Income ( O ) said late Tuesday it priced a public offering of $600 million worth of 5.125% senior unsecured notes due 2035 at 98.371% of the principal.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.

This offering is expected to close on April 10.
