Reborn Coffee Proposes Secondary Offering of Shares

04:25 AM EDT, 09/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Reborn Coffee ( REBN ) on Wednesday filed a registration statement covering the potential resale by certain selling securityholders of up to about 3.7 million shares of the company's common stock.

The company said it will not be selling securities under the prospectus and will not receive proceeds from the potential sale.
