05:19 PM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Darden Restaurants ( DRI ) completed the sale of all eight Olive Garden ( DRI ) restaurants in Canada to Recipe Unlimited, according to a statement Monday.

The deal includes exclusive rights to develop and operate new Olive Garden ( DRI ) locations nationwide in Canada, aligning with Recipe's strategy to grow its casual dining footprint with established brands, Recipe said.

No financial terms or projected timelines were disclosed.
