10:38 AM EDT, 04/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Red Cat Holdings ( RCAT ) said Thursday it formed a partnership with Sentien Robotics that will allow organizations using the drone logistics technology company's Hive UAS management platforms to deploy Red Cat's ( RCAT ) Teal drones.

The partnership will support a larger autonomous drone swarming strategy for mobile and fixed-position land, air, and sea defense and security operations, the company said.

Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

Red Cat ( RCAT ) shares were down nearly 14% in recent trading.
