Sep 11, 2025 3:20 AM

06:03 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Red Cat Holdings Inc ( RCAT ) said Thursday that the Black Widow system, developed by its subsidiary Teal Drones, has been approved and added to the NATO Support and Procurement Agency catalogue.

Black Widow is a mission-ready small uncrewed aerial system that the US Army selected as one of two vendors to manufacture systems for its Short Range Reconnaissance program, the company said.

The inclusion of Black Widow in the NATO catalogue is based on a three year contract with options for two additional years at the agency's discretion.

The company's shares were up more than 14% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
