Red Cat Q3 Loss Unchanged, Revenue Rises

04:39 PM EST, 11/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Red Cat Holdings ( RCAT ) reported a Q3 loss late Thursday of $0.16 per diluted share, unchanged from a year ago.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.09.

Revenue in the three months ended Sept. 30 jumped to $9.65 million from $1.29 million a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $8.5 million.

The company expects revenue of $20 million to $23 million in Q4 and $34.5 million to $37.5 million in 2025.

Red Cat ( RCAT ) shares fell 8.5% in after-hours trading.
