08:46 AM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Red Cat ( RCAT ) said Wednesday its Teal Drones subsidiary has achieved AS9100 certification, meeting globally recognized quality management standards in aviation, space and defense sectors.

The certification was awarded in July after a rigorous audit confirming Teal Drones meets aerospace-specific requirements for design, manufacturing, and maintenance, the company said.

The company's shares were up 2.3% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
