10:24 AM EDT, 06/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Redwire ( RDW ) said Friday it has completed the acquisition of Edge Autonomy Intermediate Holdings, a provider of uncrewed airborne system technology.

The transaction is immediately accretive to its revenue, adjusted EBITDA, and free cash flow, the company said.

The shares were down more than 4% in recent trading.
