09:27 AM EDT, 08/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Redwire ( RDW ) said Wednesday that it has signed a teaming agreement with Japanese trading company Kanematsu Corp. to support the growth of Japan's space industry.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the terms of the agreement, Redwire ( RDW ) said Kanematsu will be its strategic commercial partner in Japan to support business development across private- and public-sector space infrastructure offerings and related products.

The company said this includes power generation systems, microgravity payloads, and robotics technology.
