08:17 AM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Redwire ( RDW ) said Tuesday it intends to appoint Chris Edmunds as chief financial officer, replacing Jonathan Baliff, who will retire, effective Nov. 30.

Edmunds currently serves as the company's chief accounting officer.

Baliff will serve as a consultant through December 2026, Redwire ( RDW ) said.

The company's shares were up 1% in recent premarket activity.
