Redwire Corp ( RDW ) shares are trading lower in Monday’s after-hours session on the heels of the company’s fourth-quarter financial results. Here’s a rundown of the report.

Q4 Revenue: $69.56 million, versus estimates of $74.82 million

Q4 EPS: Loss of $1.38, versus estimates for a loss of 18 cents

Total revenue was up 9.6% year-over-year in the fourth quarter. The company generated net cash from operations of $7.1 million and free cash flow of $3 million in the quarter.

Redwire ( RDW ) ended the quarter with $64.1 million of total liquidity, including $33.7 million in cash and cash equivalents.

Outlook: Redwire ( RDW ) expects full-year 2025 revenue of $535 million to $605 million. The company anticipates full-year adjusted EBITDA of $70 million to $105 million, and positive free cash flow.

Management will further discuss the quarter on a conference call Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. ET.
