Redwire to Buy Hera Systems; 2024 Revenue Outlook Increased

05:51 PM EDT, 08/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Redwire ( RDW ) said late Wednesday it agreed to acquire spacecraft developer Hera Systems in a deal projected to close in Q3.

The company expects Hera to "add meaningfully" to its future growth and profitability, Redwire ( RDW ) said.

Redwire ( RDW ) now forecasts 2024 revenue of $310 million, up from its previous outlook of $300 million, it said.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $304.4 million.

Redwire ( RDW ) shares were up 1.3% in after-hours activity.
