Redwire to Increase Revolving Credit Facility Commitments to $50 Million

07:03 AM EDT, 07/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Redwire ( RDW ) , through its subsidiaries, has signed an agreement Tuesday to increase commitments under its revolving credit facility to up to $50 million from $30 million, the company said late Wednesday.

In connection with the amendment, Redwire ( RDW ) paid $40 million on its term loans, reducing the aggregate amount of the term loans to $50 million.

Redwire Defense Tech Intermediate II is the lead borrower under the facility, Redwire ( RDW ) said.
