ReGen III Closes $1.75 Million Private Placement of Share Units

01:00 PM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ReGen III ( ISRJF ) on Monday said it closed a non-brokered private placement of share units that raised $1.75 million

The company, which recycles motor oil, said it placed 8.75-million units priced at $0.20 and made up of a share and one-half of a two-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.45.

Proceeds from the offering are slated for general corporate purposes and working capital.

"We are committed to delivering results in 2025, and this investment positions us to advance our strategic priorities, including commercial arrangements, strategic partnerships, and other opportunities that will accelerate our market entry," said Chief Executive Officer Tony Weatherill.

Additionally, it said that the TSX Venture Exchange accepted its application to settle certain debts through the issuance of 221,972 common shares of the company at a deemed price of $0.2034 each.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.01 to $0.20 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
