04:32 PM EDT, 10/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Regency Centers ( REG ) reported Q3 Nareit funds from operations late Monday of $1.07 per share, up from $1.02 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.04 for the quarter ended Sept. 30.

The company said it now expects full-year Nareit FFO of $4.27 to $4.29 per share, up from its previous guidance of $4.21 to $4.25 per share.
