Regional Management Approves $30 Million Share Buyback

03:31 AM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Regional Management ( RM ) said late Monday its board approved the repurchase of up to $30 million of the company's outstanding common stock.

The program takes effect immediately and will run through Dec. 31, 2026.

The company also expects to grow its ending net receivables by 10% to 12% in 2025, said Robert W. Beck, chief executive officer.
