09:12 AM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Reitar Logtech Holdings ( RITR ) said Thursday it entered a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Rich Harvest Agricultural Produce that outlines their intent to explore blockchain collaboration opportunities.

The parties intend to explore blockchain traceability system development, digital payment integration and smart cold chain integration, the company said.

The company said that under the potential partnership, Rich Harvest, which operates several farming bases in mainland China, would use Reitar's automated cold chain infrastructure and technology offerings.

Reitar said its contribution to the proposed collaboration would include Internet of Things sensing technology for real-time monitoring, access to automated cold storage facilities in Hong Kong and token-based financing models for supply chain operations.

The company's shares were up 4% in premarket activity Thursday.
