08:30 AM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Reitar Logtech Holdings ( RITR ) said Friday that it has entered into a partnership with casual catering supply chain provider Hangzhou Xianmu Technology.

Reitar said the collaboration will enable both parties to jointly create a global tokenized smart supply chain ecosystem for casual catering.

The parties will form a joint venture for Hong Kong and overseas markets such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East, Reitar said.

Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed.

Reitar Logtech ( RITR ) shares were up more than 7% in recent Friday premarket activity.
