Relativity Acquisition Corp. Notified of Non-Compliance Over Filing of Financial Reports

07:17 AM EDT, 05/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Relativity Acquisition Corp. ( RACY ) said late on Monday that the Nasdaq Stock Market notified the company that it found an additional basis to delist its shares -- non-compliance with filing of all periodic financial reports.

The previous determination to delist was because of the company's delinquency in paying applicable fees.
