Reliance Agrees to Acquire FerrouSouth's Tolling Assets

07:34 AM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Reliance (RS) said Monday it has agreed to acquire certain assets from Ferragon's FerrouSouth division, a toll processing operation in Iuka, Mississippi.

FerrouSouth tolling operations will become a division of Reliance's subsidiary Feralloy, according to Reliance.

Terms of the deal, expected to close within the next 30 days, were not disclosed.
