Reliance Jio on November 8 introduced a new prepaid recharge plan that includes a subscription to Swiggy One Lite. With this plan, customers will receive a three-month subscription to Swiggy's food delivery service, along with free deliveries on Instamart orders and a 30% discount when ordering food through the Swiggy platform. This prepaid recharge plan provides 2GB of daily data and is valid for three months, the company said in a press release.

In an official press release, the telecom service provider unveiled this festive recharge plan, emphasising that Jio's prepaid customers would benefit from complimentary food and grocery deliveries, as well as attractive discounts on Swiggy's platform. Jio values the benefits of the Swiggy One Lite plan at ₹600 for the three-month period.

For customers who choose the ₹866 prepaid recharge plan, Jio offers 2GB of daily data, unlimited 5G data under the Jio Welcome Offer, and unlimited local voice calls and SMS. This plan has a validity of 84 days and includes a complimentary three-month subscription to Swiggy One Lite. With the bundled Swiggy One Lite subscription, customers can enjoy up to 10 free home deliveries (for food orders over ₹149) and 10 free Instamart deliveries (for orders over ₹199). Moreover, customers won't incur surge fees on these deliveries.

In addition to the existing benefits, customers can avail of extra discounts of up to 30% with the subscription and receive a 10% discount on Genie deliveries over ₹60. Jio emphasises that customers opting for the ₹866 recharge plan will receive Swiggy One Lite benefits worth ₹600. Furthermore, during the ongoing festive season, customers will receive a cashback of ₹50 credited to their MyJio account when recharging with this plan, according to the company.
