Reliance Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings, Net Sales Fall; Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings Guidance Issued

07:35 AM EDT, 10/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Reliance (RS) reported Q3 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $3.64 per diluted share, down from $5 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $3.66.

Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $3.42 billion, compared with $3.62 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $3.37 billion.

For Q4, the company said it expects non-GAAP earnings of $2.65 to $2.85 per diluted share. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $3.41.

Additionally, Reliance said its board on Oct. 22 maintained its quarterly cash dividend at $1.10 per share, payable Dec. 6 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 22.
