09:05 AM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- RELX's ( RELX ) LexisNexis Risk Solutions unit said Wednesday it has completed its acquisition of IDVerse, an artificial intelligence-powered document authentication and fraud detection services provider.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

IDVerse has become part of LexisNexis' business services segment, the unit said, adding that IDVerse will continue to be available within LexisNexis's RiskNarrative platform, LexisNexis IDU, and will also be available within LexisNexis Dynamic Decision Platform as a stand-alone tool later in 2025.
