Re/Max Reports Increase in June Home Sales

05:06 PM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Re/Max ( RMAX ) said Thursday that US home sales in June rose 1.3% from May and increased 5.7% from a year earlier.

New listings were down 12.8% from May but up 1.4% year over year.

The median sales price reached $440,000, up 2.8% from May and 2.1% higher than in June 2024.

The number of homes for sale rose 3.9% on the month and 30.1% from a year earlier, Re/Max ( RMAX ) said.
