05:35 PM EDT, 07/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- RenaissanceRe Holdings ( RNR/PF ) said late Wednesday its board approved a renewal of the company's authorized share repurchase program, bringing the total authorization up to $500 million.

The board also kept its quarterly dividend at $0.39 per share, payable Sept. 30 to shareholders of record Sept. 13.
