04:46 AM EST, 02/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- RenaissanceRe Holdings ( RNR/PF ) said late Wednesday its DaVinciRe joint venture priced a $300 million private offering of 5.95% senior notes due 2035.

The company expects the offering to close by March 5 and plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including repaying the $150 million outstanding principal amount of its 4.75% senior notes due 2025.
