The company reported fiscal Q1 earnings late Thursday of 0.24 Indian rupees ($0.003) per diluted share, down from 7.41 rupees a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by Capital IQ expected 6.51 rupees.

Total revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was 22.81 billion rupees, up from 21.25 billion rupees a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected 25.67 billion rupees.
