12:58 PM EDT, 04/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Renovaro ( RENB ) unit RenovaroCube amended its binding letter of intent to acquire 100% stake in Cyclomics, the two companies said Wednesday.

RenovaroCube initially agreed to a 75% ownership in Cyclomics, according to the joint statement.

The biotech firms did not disclose financial details of the transaction.
