03:40 AM EDT, 07/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Repligen ( RGEN ) said Monday it has agreed to acquire biomaterials engineering company Tantti Laboratory, the developer of macroporous chromatography bead technology DuloCore.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company expects the deal to be breakeven on its adjusted earnings per share in 2025 and be accretive in 2026.

Closing of the deal is expected to occur by year-end 2024, subject to regulatory approval and other customary conditions.
