RESAAS Seeking to Extend Expiring Out of the Money Warrants to 2025

04:21 PM EDT, 10/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- RESAAS Services ( RSASF ) after market close Tuesday said it intends to extend the expiry date of 2.07-million outstanding warrants due to expire on Oct. 17.

The real-estate software company said the warrants were issued in connection with an over-subscribed private placement transaction that closed on Oct. 17, 2023 and are exercisable at $0.60 per share.

The company proposes to extend the expiry date for a year, to Oct. 17, 2025, with all other terms of the warrants remaining the same.

RESAAS shares closed down $0.01 to $0.34 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
