ReShape Lifesciences Prices $2.6 Million Share Offering

01:12 PM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ReShape Lifesciences ( RSLS ) said Monday that it priced its offering of about 1.05 million shares at $2.5 per share, expecting gross proceeds of roughly $2.6 million.

The offering is expected to close June 9.

Price: 2.61, Change: -1.58, Percent Change: -37.68
