12:50 PM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ReShape Lifesciences ( RSLS ) said Tuesday its quality management system and medical devices portfolio in Europe and the UK were certified under the European Union Medical Device Regulation and UK Conformity Assessment, respectively.

The MDR and UKCA certifications were granted well before the regulatory deadline of December 31, 2027, according to a statement.

The company said it now plans to expand its product pipeline.

Shares were up 56% in recent trading.
