09:18 AM EDT, 07/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Resideo Technologies ( REZI ) said Wednesday it plans to separate its ADI Global Distribution business through a tax-free spin-off to shareholders.

The company said its Products & Solutions business would continue to operate as Resideo ( REZI ), while the ADI spin-off would become an independent public company.

The spin-off is anticipated to be completed in H2 of 2026, Resideo ( REZI ) added.

The company also said it expects to post fiscal Q2 financial results above the high end of its guidance range for $0.51 to $0.61 in non-GAAP earnings and $1.81 billion to $1.86 billion in net revenue. Analysts surveyed by FactSet are looking for $0.54 and $1.83 billion, respectively. Resideo ( REZI ) is set to report quarterly results on Aug. 5.
