05:20 PM EDT, 08/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Resideo Technologies ( REZI ) reported Q2 adjusted net income of $0.62 per diluted share, up from $0.48 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.49.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 29 fell to $1.59 billion from $1.60 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.53 billion.

For Q3, the company expects adjusted EPS of $0.49 to $0.59 on revenue of $1.79 billion to $1.83 billion. Analysts expect $0.59 on revenue of $1.57 billion.

For 2024, Resideo ( REZI ) increased its adjusted EPS guidance to $2.15 to $2.35 from $1.90 to $2.30 previously. It also raised revenue outlook to $6.68 billion to $6.76 billion from $6.08 billion to $6.28 billion. Analysts expect EPS of $2.14 on revenue of $6.16 billion.
