Resource Capital Fund VI Divests Shareholdings in Talon Metals

06:03 AM EDT, 10/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Resource Capital Fund VI (RCF) late on Wednesday said it has divested its entire stake in Talon Metals ( TLOFF ) .

RCF on Wednesday sold roughly 114.6 million Talon common shares at $0.8 each in a block trade through the TSX for $9.2 million.

Talon owned about 12% of Talon before the share sale.
