02:30 PM EDT, 08/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Resouro Strategic Metals ( RSGOF ) completed the second closing and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement raising C$2.5 million in total, it said late Tuesday.

The final tranche issued 2.6-million common shares at C$0.25 apiece, for additional proceeds of C$640,000. Proceeds will be used for general working capital needs and to advance the environmental program, it said.

Shares of the company were last seen up 1.7% at C$0.295 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
