The company is marshalling its resources and is bringing together various stakeholders to manage the COVID-19 outbreak. In India, it has deployed its Watson Citizen Assistant at ICMR. It is also working with IIT Delhi to study the effects of COVID-19 on the human body.

On the business side, IBM is helping its clients accelerate their agility and efficiency with cloud services, it is also providing customer experience solutions to these companies, helping them automate and digitise with Watson. IBM is also working with its clients to protect enterprise and customer data, minimize disruption to business operations, and reduce pandemic-related downtime.
