Restaurant Brands International Names Sami Siddiqui CFO

08:56 AM EDT, 03/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Restaurant Brands International (QSR) said Thursday it has named Sami Siddiqui as chief financial officer.

Siddiqui succeeds Matt Dunnigan who is departing the company, Restaurant Brands said.

The company said Jeff Klein will succeed Siddiqui as Popeyes US and Canada president.

Shares of the company were down 1.8% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
