11:55 AM EDT, 10/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CCH Holdings ( CCHH ) said Friday it has priced its initial public offering of 1.25 million shares at $4 each to raise $5 million.

Underwriters have a 45-day option to buy up to 187,500 additional shares, the Malaysia-based hotpot restaurant chain said. The offering is expected to close Oct. 6.

The company said use of the proceeds include for expansion, investments, and general corporate purposes. Its shares will begin trading Oct. 3 on Nasdaq.
