ReTo Eco-Solutions Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Rule

04:14 AM EDT, 04/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ReTo Eco-Solutions ( RETO ) said late Thursday it received a notice dated March 28 from Nasdaq that the company has regained compliance with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement.

The company will remain on a discretionary panel monitor for a one-year period from March 28, it said.
