05:17 PM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Rev Group ( REVG ) said Wednesday that American Industrial Partners Capital Fund IV and American Industrial Partners Capital Fund IV launched an underwritten secondary public offering of about 7.4 million Rev shares.

Rev, which designs and manufactures specialty vehicles, will not receive any proceeds from the offering.

The company shares were down nearly 5% in recent after-hours activity.
