Revenue and Backlog Growth Drive Vision Aerial–Mobix Labs LOI

BOZEMAN, Mont.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Vision Aerial today announced that Mobix Labs, Inc ( MOBX ). has signed a binding Letter of Intent to acquire Vision Aerial, a U.S.-based builder of American-made drones for government, public safety, energy, infrastructure and industrial missions.

Vision Aerial enters the proposed transaction with growing revenue, a growing backlog and expanding market traction across mission-critical drone markets. The proposed acquisition is expected to accelerate Vision Aerial’s growth by combining its U.S.-built drone platforms with Mobix Labs’ advanced electronics, RF and sensing capabilities as worldwide demand increases for trusted aerial intelligence systems.
