04:20 AM EST, 12/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Revolution Medicines ( RVMD ) said late Tuesday it has priced an offering of 14.1 million shares at $46 per share and pre-funded warrants to purchase 2.2 million shares at $45.9999.

The company also said it has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2.4 million additional shares.

The gross proceeds from the offering, scheduled to close on Thursday, are expected to be about $750 million.
