12:53 PM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ReVolve Renewable Power ( REVVF ) on Friday said it closed a brokered private placement of share units that raised $3 million.

The company placed 16-million units priced at $0.19 apiece and made up of a share and a two-year warrant to buy a share for $0.40.

Proceeds are expected to be used for the advancement of late-stage projects in its portfolio and for working capital needs.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.005 to $0.19 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
