12:11 PM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ReVolve Renewable Power ( REVVF ) on Monday said it upsized a brokered private placement of units to raise up to $3 million, up from its prior $2 million target.

The company is offering 16-million units with each priced at $0.19 apiece and made of a share and a two-year warrant to buy a share for $0.40.

Proceeds are expected to be used for the advancement of late-stage projects in its portfolio and for working capital needs. The offering is expected to close on or about Nov. 6.

Shares of the company were last seen down $0.015 at $0.185 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
