06:09 PM EDT, 03/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Revvity ( RVTY ) said Wednesday it filed a lawsuit alleging Cloud Software Group failed to honor contractual obligations as a strategic partner.
The company also accused Cloud Software of violating the terms of their agreements for Revvity's ( RVTY ) TIBCO Spotfire software.
Revvity ( RVTY ) alleged in a statement that Cloud Software Group "is interfering in Revvity's ( RVTY ) customer relationships by directly contacting Revvity's ( RVTY ) customers, as well as engaging in willful misconduct by marketing the Spotfire products in Revvity's ( RVTY ) exclusive markets."
The lawsuit was filed in Massachusetts Superior Court.
Cloud Software Group couldn't be reached immediately for comment.
Revvity ( RVTY ) also affirmed its 2024 guidance for adjusted earnings of $4.55 to $4.75 a share on $2.79 billion to $2.85 billion in revenue.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect EPS of $4.65 on revenue of $2.82 billion.
Shares of Revvity ( RVTY ) fell 2.9% in after-hours trading.
