Revvity Q3 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; 2025 EPS Guidance Lifted -- Shares Down Pre-Bell

06:46 AM EDT, 10/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Revvity ( RVTY ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings from continuing operations Monday of $1.18 per diluted share, down from $1.28 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.14.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $698.9 million, up from $684.0 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $699.4 million.

For 2025, the company raised its adjusted EPS guidance to between $4.90 and $5, from $4.85 to $4.95, while the Street is expecting $4.86. It broadened the expected revenue range to between $2.83 billion and $2.88 billion, from $2.84 billion to $2.88 billion. FactSet polled analysts see $2.85 billion.

Shares of the company were down 5.5% in recent premarket activity.
