Revvity Says Court Issued Preliminary Injunction Against Cloud Software Group
Apr 2, 2024 7:19 AM

10:04 AM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Revvity ( RVTY ) said Tuesday that the Massachusetts Superior Court has issued a preliminary injunction compelling Cloud Software Group to comply with its obligations under its strategic partner agreements, including an order "to cease all marketing, selling and support activities in Revvity's ( RVTY ) exclusive markets."

The company said the court also directed Cloud Software to continue delivering maintenance services to Revvity ( RVTY ) in relation to its Spotfire software.

The decision follows Revvity's ( RVTY ) lawsuit against Cloud Software for alleged unfair practices and contract breaches, Revvity ( RVTY ) said. In the suit, Revvity ( RVTY ), a medical equipment maker, alleged that Cloud Software was "interfering" with its customer relationships by "directly contacting Revvity's ( RVTY ) customers."

Cloud Software Group could not immediately be reached for comment.
